Galvanised iron bars are cut, inspected, and precisely inserted into every profile cavity before any fabrication begins — creating the structural spine no external force can defeat.
Automated 45° corner welding at controlled temperature fuses each joint to Class 9A watertight standard. There's no manual finish-filing — the machine leaves zero gap.
Every finished unit passes a 12-point quality check — hardware operation, seal compression, glass fit, and sash alignment — before it is wrapped and dispatched to site.
